HR Officer

An exciting, newly created HR Officer position has become available with our vibrant and industry leading client based in Evesham, Worcestershire.

Working closely with the Head of HR you will focus on a wide range of duties across the HR function and be in a unique position to add value within a successful and thriving company.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits and procedures.
  • Partnering with payroll to ensure the function is run smoothly with all changes communicated to ensure accuracy.
  • Report generation for internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with senior management to assess and identify recruitment requirements and manage the process
  • Ensure the organisational compliance with UK Employment legislation and guidelines alongside company’s own policies and procedures.
  • Actively engage with employees, providing support and guidance when required, identifying escalation requirements promptly.
  • Coordinate employee compliance training initiatives.
  • Process HR invoices when required.
  • Draft company HR communications and ensure records are updated across various channels.

This role requires an incredibly positive and personable individual, someone who is passionate about HR and the company ethos and values.

Organised and confident, you will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to communicate effectively. Desirable attributes and skills are being CIPD qualified or working towards, knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS , payroll exposure and experience of core employment legislation.
