Purchase Ledger Clerk

Worcester 23K - 25K Contract

Job Reference: 893111LO

Duties will include;

  • Entering and matching delivery tickets
  • Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing and running BACS payments for purchase ledger and sub-contractors
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Scanning and documenting invoices
  • Liaise with site managers, emailing out reports/chasing for information from site managers
  • Liaising with the buying team
  • Ensure high level of accuracy of input and coding
  • Building strong relations with our suppliers

Experience required;

  • Relevant experience in a Purchase Ledger role
  • AAT qualification would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of software packages like Excel, Sage and BACS
  • Highly numerate with high degree of accuracy
  • High level of capability in math's
  • Organised and methodical
  • Strong interpersonal communication and team working skills
