This Full time permanent position within a successful business requires an individual that is a complete team player. From making a great cup of tea to assisting with accounts deadlines. They are looking for someone to fit in with their long standing small team.

Your main duties are detailed below but are not limited to:

  • Producing the sales ledger invoices
  • Inputting purchase ledger details
  • Producing the balance report for the ledgers
  • Reception function in terms of answer phones and greeting visitors
  • Other office duties in order to run the day successfully

Essential skills:

  • Basic bookkeeping experience
  • Computer literate in all Microsoft packages

Desirable skills

  • Customer service experience
  • You will be a team player who is adaptable to work outside of your day to day roles and responsibilities
