An experienced Accounts Assistant is sought to join a market leading business based in Evesham. Joining a small finance team you will report directly into a supportive Finance Manager and have opportunities to build on your existing finance skills in a varied role in this ever growing company.
A renowned and recognised specialist in their field, this company believe in provided first class customer service, an ethos that you will share. In this Accounts Assistant role you will get involved in the following:
- Ensuring customer invoices are paid on time.
- Processing sales ledger invoices and cash receipts.
- Maintaining customer invoices.
- Dealing with discrepancies.
- Responding to internal and external queries.
Along with this, you will have responsibility for the purchase ledger and have an enthusiastic and willing attitude to get stuck into any other office duties which may be required.
For this Accounts Assistant role, knowledge of Excel would be extremely advantageous and previous exposure to Sage packages would be highly advantageous.
