We are working alongside a well-established business based in Droitwich to recruit for an Accounts Assistant.
As the Accounts Assistant, you will become an integral part of the finance team and provide timely and efficient accounts and administration support to the Financial Controller.
You will take responsibility for sales ledger duties, processing invoices and credit control as well as the processing and administration of weekly payroll for two companies.
In this Accounts Assistant role you will use your first class communication skills to resolve customer and client queries in a confident and timely manner.
We’re looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and highly motivated in all duties that they undertake and be willing to get involved in different parts of the business if required. Also possessing the ability to work independently whilst also enjoying being part of a team.
You will have previous experience within a similar role and be computer literate with knowledge of Sage packages and MS Excel.
