We are working with a local company who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant into their team on a temporary basis with the potential of this position becoming permanent.
This exciting role will predominantly involve working with the Purchase Ledger and will allow you the opportunity to both demonstrate and enhance your current skill set.
As an Accounts Assistant your daily responsibilities may consist of:
- Processing around 500-600 invoices on a monthly basis
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Matching, batching, coding invoices
- Using Sage and also Microsoft Packages
- Processing timesheets and dealing with any queries that come through
