Providing an efficient, first class administrative and business support service will be the main remit for this role. This will involve producing documentation, mail merges, handling client correspondence, coordinating meetings and updating records.
As you will be the first point of contact for various business professionals it is essential that you are adaptable, proactive and capable of managing a busy and varied portfolio of work. Effective communication skills are essential as you will attend monthly meetings, handle general client queries and will have daily liaison with a range of internal parties.
Recent administration experience will be coupled with the ability to produce accurate, high quality work. Knowledge of working in a regulated environment would be an advantage.
This is a temporary role that will enable you to enhance your administration skills within a corporate environement, and it is also very advantageous that the office is easily accessible by public transport.
