A growing professional services business is looking for a hardworking, proactive and confident individual who enjoys a fast-paced team environment to join their team for a potential temporary to permanent opportunity.
This Corporate Administrator role supports many areas of the business, from greeting people, to answering the phone to invoicing. The purpose of the role is to work as part of a team to provide excellent administrative support to a variety of internal customers throughout the organisation.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Effectively answering and transferring inbound calls
- Ordering and managing office and kitchen supplies
- Process incoming and outgoing post
- Raise sales invoices and other documentation
- CRM database administration
The company is vibrant and welcoming and has experienced team members which will be there to support you when starting the role. You will have previous experience within a multifunctional office environment and thrive off a busy environment.
A requirement for this role is a minimum of 5 GCSEs/O Level equivalent at grade C including Maths and English.
