We are working alongside a growing manufacturing business to recruit for a part time Credit Controller, to reduce customer overdue debtors.
You will become a core part of a small and friendly business, and be willing to take on additional duties with enthusiasm, to cover for other team members as and when required. If you have a strong background in business to business credit operations, excellent communication skills and a recognition of the importance of customer service then we want to hear from you!

You will manage customers’ accounts and contact them whenever the amount outstanding is more overdue than agreed, and keep in contact until it is resolved. This will be done by chasing over telephone and email, reminding customers of terms and maintaining a record of any extended terms which have been agreed.
As well as Credit Control duties, you will also assist with raising sales invoices, matching purchase invoices to purchase orders and ensuring that sales contracts are adhered to.
Good knowledge of IT systems, and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
