CY Resourcing are very excited to be working with one of our Key Clients based in Worcester who due to growth are looking to recruit a Part-time Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent basis.
You must have excellent communications skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts along with great attention to detail and the experience of working within a similar role. The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Being the main point of contact to deal with any incoming queries/complaints and general enquiries
- Processing orders
- Dealing with all the relevant paperwork
- Dealing with all incoming calls related to product related information and also progress relating to orders
