Our client is looking to recruit an individual into their team to carry out a Customer Service role. This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your outstanding customer service skill-set, ability to build relationships and confidence in multi-tasking workloads.
Within this Customer Service role you will have a varied set of daily tasks, some of which including:
- Providing a service to clients to resolve any queries
- Responding to any issues via email, telephone and the company’s bespoke portal
- Working closely with internal colleagues and supporting when needed
- Prioritising high workload volumes
- Working on Microsoft packages
- Contacting individuals to gather a service review and deal with different types of clientele
