Closing date Monday28th September 2020
CY Executive Resourcing is pleased to partner with Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in the recruitment of this key leadership position, in their high performing Business Intelligence and Coding teams.
The position was previously advertised in March, unfortunately due to Covid-19 this was put on hold. The Deputy Head of Business Intelligence will be responsible for spearheading the Trusts goals in their journey towards being an outstanding organisation. The digital roadmap for the Trust is very ambitious, within the last 12 months the Trust has seen the implementation of an EPR system (Sunrise Allscripts), and this was done with one of the fastest implementation times alongside a fast deployment of additional functionality.
There has been significant investment within the BI teams, with the analyst team now being at almost full strength, they have new software coming on line and a new data warehouse being built for deployment in April 21.
The Trust is looking to appoint someone who is enthusiastic, and has the drive to support the BI element of the Trust’s digital roadmap.
What can the Trust offer:
This role has a broad portfolio, and can therefore offer the range of experience in the next step of your career. We also offer you the chance to work with one of the most highly functioning digital teams in the country, working alongside experienced professionals who have a wealth of experience and skill.
If you are someone who is keen to make a difference and wants to see progression and change, then this will be the perfect post for you.
You will engage with key stakeholders across the Trusts divisions and teams, to champion the reporting of quality assured, fit for purpose and accurate up to date information. You will be central to the mobilisation of several large projects and key improvement initiatives, co-ordinating and leading your team to deliver organisational plans that improve the way systems and data are used.
The Deputy Head of Business Intelligence will lead a highly motivated and capable team across two sites, ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly, but also guaranteeing that each member has the tools and support they require to excel in their professional development. You will bring with you a supportive leadership style, which aims to get the very best out of everyone, regardless of who they are and the role they play, and work with them to realise their full potential.
Your communication skills need to be of the highest level, as you will need to gain trust and support often from a remote setting. Be able to build positive relationships with your team, and influencing colleagues in the wider organisation.
We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic leaders, who are passionate about good data and the latest analytical developments and best practise, and can embed that within their teams. You will have a thirst for continuous improvement, to see where processes can be improved and work with your peers in achieving organisational plans for easy to use systems that work for everyone.
Above all, we are looking for a candidate with the passion to really make a difference, by supporting the Trust to deliver the best possible healthcare solutions to the population it serves, who will be the driving force behind everything you do.
