Director of Finance & Compliance

Salary £70,000 - £75,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join our not for profit client who are looking to recruit an experienced Director of Finance & Compliance to provide effective leadership of finance, governance, procurement and contract services, whilst striving to support the delivery of their strategic plans.

The Director of Finance and Compliance is a key member of the management and leadership service. The role will report into the Chief Operating Officer and will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver their strategic ambition.

We are looking for an individual who has a track record of success, inspires teams and provides highly effective Finance, Compliance and Governance support to their teams. The Director of Finance & Compliance will shape the next step of their journey, achieving targets and driving continual improvement in services.

To be successful you will need to have experience in a similar Director level role with experience of delivering excellence in a variety of enabling services including, finance, governance, information security and contract management.

You will be flexible, pro-active, an excellent communicator, and be driven and engaged by the organisations vision and values.
