An Accounts Assistant opportunity within a highly motivated team in a successful business. You’ll become part of a small team, reporting to the Finance Supervisor. If you have a background in Administration with a desire to gain experience in accounts, this could be a great role for you.
This role is excellent for an enthusiastic individual who possesses a desire to succeed and is looking to really build on their accounts experience within a well-established and supportive business. Day to day duties will include:
- Ensuring accurate financial data is updated and record in order for payment requests to be produced.
- Distribution of payment requests via email
- Day to day processing of client and company accounting transactions.
- Processing budgets and year end accounts
We’re looking for an individual who continuously strives to present a high quality of work and enjoys working within a cooperative, vibrant team.
Previous office experience within an administration role and strong MS Word and Excel skills essential.
