Initially being offered as a 3 month Fixed Term Contract, this Finance Assistant position will see the successful person dealing with Purchase Ledger and Credit Control function. Ideally the individual will be AAT qualified or studying towards qualification, however someone with proven back ground within these accounting disciplines, will be considered. Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Receive and sort incoming payments
  • Manage and track incoming payments
  • Manage account statuses
  • Identify inconsistencies and resolve issues
  • Regularly update accounts receivable database
  • Inform clients on their outstanding debts and deadlines
  • Answer clients' equations and address problems
  • Post bills, receipts and invoices
  • Prepare and present report to your manager
  • Sage experience is highly desirable
