A progressive opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager an exciting part of the business, focusing on future activities and development for the business. We’re looking for an ambitious, technically minded individual with an analytical approach and the desire to really make a role their own. You will have vast experience of working in a fast paced, complex organisation working to ambitious targets.
You will be personable, have excellent communication and staff management skills with the ability to lead, motivate and manage a team whilst providing support and development as and when required.
As the Finance Manager, you will have experience of identifying shortfalls and implementing effective solutions in a large organisation. Experience of long term forecasting and business partnering is essential. Along with the ability to work comfortably with Senior Directors and Stakeholders, challenging wherever necessary. Key accountabilities will include:
- Examining large amount of data, analysis, strategic report writing and financial planning
- Reporting and preparing accounting information
- Leading the implementation of and maintenance of financial control systems
- Ensuring complete and accurate management and statutory accounting information of recorded accurately and efficiently
