An initial 3 month temporary position which has the potential to convert into a permanent position. This is for an organised based just outside of Worcester City Centre, easily commutable from surrounding areas.
The purpose of this Accounts Supervisor - Treasury role is to oversee the operational tasks in the finance department and to provide support and guidance to the team regarding their roles and assist when required. This role has a focus on the treasury team within the finance department.
You will review processes and procedures to incorporate efficiencies where possible and verify tasks undertaken by other members of the team. This will include overseeing the allocation of cash, completing the daily bank reconciliation and actual cash paid/received report to enable accurate cash forecasting.
We’re looking for an individual who has previous experience in a similar role and has a strong knowledge of financial ledgers, day to day banking transaction and processes and possesses effective interpersonal skills including team leadership skills.
