CYER are excited to be partnering with Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital NHS Trust during their journey of change, transformation and improvement.
This is a newly created position in the Trust’s recently established Strategy & Planning Directorate, to support the delivery of the Trust’s vision and strategic goals. It is an exciting time to be joining them, to build and lead an exceptional Business Intelligence team.
You will implement and optimise tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable insights, which guide stakeholders & empower them to make better business decisions.
The successful candidate will possess strong logical reasoning, insight & analytics development skills, and be experienced in optimising data visualisation. You will drive requirement gathering & analytics developments with an aim towards providing data visualisation tools to guide decisions for the Trust. Your team will create central reporting systems to ease the day to day jobs of staff at all levels, which in turn will help the Trust deliver its integrated care vision.
You must be able to demonstrate:
- A strong track record in analytics, business intelligence and/or data science
- Leadership skills with an ability to build successful networks & work collaboratively
- A business focused approach sensitive to clinical & political demands, and the ability to cut through barriers to change
- An ability to build relationships & work effectively with senior leaders to ensure patient safety is maintained & improved.
