A growing professional services business is looking for an excellent Administrator to join and support the HR function throughout a busy period. This is a temporary opportunity for initially 8 weeks, where you will get involved in a variety of HR tasks, broadening your knowledge.
If you are a highly experienced Administrator with some experience within a HR function and available at short notice then this could be a perfect role for you. You will be required to have good communication skills in order to liaise with rest of the team regarding workload and not be afraid to ask for help when required.
Day to day tasks will include:
- Creating personnel files
- Adding new starters onto the HR system
- Managing employee information
- Responding to external reference requests
- Coordinating interviews
- Conducting new starter checks
