This HR Coordinator role is a temporary position so we are looking for someone who is available immediately or at short notice. You will join a fast paced environment and work alongside a hardworking yet down to earth team who know how to get their work done but make it enjoyable!
Day to day duties within the role will include:
- Assisting with compliance and health & safety
- Assist with training and coaching needs for department managers
- Support with management processes including disciplinaries and grievances
- Analysing attendance on a daily and weekly bases
- Return to work interviews when required
