CY Resourcing are proud to be working with a well-established Herefordshire organisation to recruit for a dynamic Interim Finance Manager to lead its finance department. Initially joining as a Finance Manager, on an interim basis, you will support the management team by providing high-level financial management, strategic planning and pro-actively work on process and system improvements.
We’re looking for an individual who wants to help drive positive change and feels comfortable and confident reporting directly to the board.
The purpose of the Finance Manager is to deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts and annual reporting, whilst promoting cost efficiencies. In addition to this, you will ensure the finance team works collaboratively with the company ethos and takes responsibility for managing a finance system that enables accurate, dynamic, financial forecasting, reporting and tracking. Strong cash flow forecasting experience is essential.
This Finance Manager post is a key position within the organisation and therefore you will be an ambassador for the brand, assuring the company reputation. You will have an enthusiastic attitude and an excellent ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders as well as the public.
AAT qualified and/or fully/part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, demonstrable experience of Sage and Excel.
