Interim Payroll Project Consultant required for multi-site internationally renowned NHS organisation.
As the interim payroll lead you will be responsible for identifying effective payroll solutions that in turn will guarantee the successful executive of a substantially sized and timely monthly payroll.
Working closely with the existing team you will develop and enhance their skills, and focus on improving the transactional process.
Sophisticated communication skills will enable you to take the lead on customer relations; cultivating and forging relations with key, external stakeholders.
ESR experience would be advantageous, it is essential you have worked within a similar role within the NHS.
This role will be outside IR35 and initially for a 3 month period.
