The opportunity to become part of a small and friendly team as a Part-time Finance Assistant (25 hours per week). Joining this growing manufacturing business, you will enter a positive working environment and take on a varied and interesting role which will develop as the business does.
Using your first class communication skills you will have the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and customers whilst maintaining a strong working relationship. Day to day duties within this Finance Assistant will include:
- Matching supplier invoices with POP’s and sales orders with customer orders.
- Ensuring that sales contracts are all accurate.
- Sales invoices, purchase invoices
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
- Maintaining records
- Dealing with transport queries
- Stock reconciliation
