A 9-12 month maternity cover contract for a Payroll Advisor to join the HR function of impressive business. Joining a collaborative and friendly team, you will have a varied role which is of integral importance to the business.
If you’re a knowledgeable Payroll professional who is used to taking a lead role in all aspects of the payroll function and have worked with an outsourced payroll provider previously then this could be an ideal role for you.
Your key accountabilities for the role will include ensuring all administration regarding starters, leavers, changes and statutory payments is accurate and that payroll is produced accurately and correctly. You will also have up to date knowledge of pension auto-enrolment, making sure it is accurate and all associated letters and contributions are uploaded.
Using your exceptional communication skills you will endeavour to provide support and advice on payroll processes to line managers and employees.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved in assisting in HR support including people engagement and producing new starter paperwork for new recruits.
