We are working on an exciting permanent opportunity for one of our key clients based in a rural location commutable from Evesham, Chipping Campden and surrounding areas. You will report into the Financial Reporting Accountant and will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting and processing of Payroll. You will also liaise and assist stakeholders.
On a daily basis you will coordinate with the HR department and also Accounts. You will liaise with the Payroll Bureau to ensure timely issue of payroll reports and also reviewing these checking all employee changes are complete and accurate. You will also review statutory and non-statutory deduction calculations ensuring these are compliant in line with HMRC. Payroll Journals, PAYE Payments, forecasting payroll costs, month end reconciliation.
You must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Payroll and the current Legislation, also the skill to be able to prioritise and multitask effectively.
