Our client is looking to recruit a part time Payroll Assistant who has worked within a similar role and has run end to end Payroll.
Duties will include supporting pension uploads are successful and payments are made on time, processing weekly/monthly payroll. Managing employee records using a bespoke software system, setting up payments accordingly and also dealing with any incoming queries. The Payroll duties should take around 2.5-3 days for the rest of the time there would be other duties involved such as: General Bookkeeping to include Sales/Purchase Ledger VAT and any other ad hoc duties that mat be required. This is an exciting opportunity within a busy fast paced environment. The ability to work to tight deadlines is essential.
