Bring your exceptional skills and experience into this Payroll Manager role to mentor and guide talented payroll individuals to enable them to realise their potential and flourish into fully rounded and knowledgeable payroll professionals.
Within this Payroll Manager position you will be responsible for managing the payroll team in the preparation and production of the payroll for multiple entities within the group. You will ensure that it meets current legislative and regulatory requirements and that strong controls are in place to minimise any risk exposure to the group.
Working closely with the HR team, you will use your first class communication skills to coordinate with them in managing the process for new starters, leavers, sickness and other absence and maintain payroll records for all entities, delivering all payrolls to the timeframes set out by the group.
