As the Payroll Supervisor, you will assist with leading the payroll and pensions function, which is responsible for the preparation and production of weekly outsourced payrolls, ensuring that all staff are capable of regularly generating accurate and timely payments for clients and their staff. In depth knowledge of income tax, NI, UK Payroll legislation and the HMRC is essential along with payroll processing knowledge, including month and year end activities.
You will have effective leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and support a team and drive performance in order to deliver organisational priorities.
