As a Product Support Service Administrator you will have a focus of maximising the company’s revenue through national monthly billing of service contracts. You will join a knowledgeable and supportive team who work hard but enjoy what they do.
Day to day duties of the role will include:
- Entering data accurately and timely.
- Billing of service contracts timely and systematically.
- Updating and maintaining ERP system and Excel spreadsheets.
- Reporting on departmental procedures in order to improve efficiently.
- Manage KPIs and submit to Managers and Directors each month.
This role would suit you if you are organised, methodical and meticulous in your approach. You will have exceptional communication skills in order to provide a first class customer service.
