A growing professional services business is looking for somebody dynamic, confident and proactive, who enjoys a fast-paced team environment to join their busy project support team. The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and timely administrative support to new and existing service. This is a 9 month contract.
You will thrive on providing a first class customer service and administrative support to these clients from accurately setting them up onto systems and then throughout their service contract.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring clients are kept up to date with changes and requirements to ensure implementations are right first time.
- Identify and escalate issues to prevent the delay of a project
- Create and accurately maintain project records of MS CRM
- Provide guidance and coaching on the use of services available to both clients and colleagues.

You will be able to deliver a high level of customer service and will have previously worked using a variety of systems within a multifunctional office environment.
A requirement for this role is a minimum of 5 GCSEs/O Level equivalent at grade C including Maths and English.
