As the Purchase Ledger Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring that the companies purchase invoices are checked and processed daily into the accounting system. You will work closely with the Purchase Ledger team and Payroll Accountant and get involved in reconciling supplier statements and assisting with supplier queries.
Management of time and prioritisation is key to this role, and you will have the confidence to work with all levels of the company and liaise and coordinate with other departments.
