As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for overseeing the full purchase ledger function, managing the processing and payment of invoices on a day to day basis. This is a fixed term contract position for 6 months.
We’re looking for an individual who speaks a second language fluently in order to liaise with international suppliers, clients and internal teams, French or German desired because of the nature of the work however other languages will definitely be considered.
You will work collaboratively within a supportive team as well as working closely with other internal departments to ensure invoices are received and correctly addressed with all relevant details. You will also get involved with reconciling supplier statements.
Using your enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills you will build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally and assist with query resolution.
