This growing organisation based in the heart of Worcester is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Team Leader, to supervise the Purchase Ledger and Treasury functions of the finance team. It is an excellent time to be joining the organisation at such an exciting time of exponential growth. This role is for a six month contract.
As the Purchase Ledger Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the purchase ledger functions within the finance team which will include the authorisation of payment runs, completing the cash flow, and producing reports and analysis of financial information.
Supervising a team of 4, you will be an excellent organiser and motivator ensuring work is completed to tight deadlines. You must be able to thrive in a pressured role, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills to assist with queries from the team, other employees and external customers.
Proven experience of managing and motivating a small team is essential.
