If you enjoy a customer focussed role and believe in providing a first class service using your excellent interpersonal skills, then this could be the perfect role for you.
You will get involved with:
- Liaising with customers both by telephone and email
- Processing customer orders
- Sending out invoices to customers by both post and electronically
- Running and processing daily reports
- Working closely with internal departments
- Checking delivery documents and paperwork
