A well-established business which is continuing to grow and expand due to customer demand is looking for an experienced Administrator to join its team. If you enjoy a customer focussed role and believe in providing a first class service using your excellent interpersonal skills, then this could be the perfect role for you.

You will get involved with:

  • Liaising with customers both by telephone and email
  • Processing customer orders
  • Sending out invoices to customers by both post and electronically
  • Running and processing daily reports
  • Working closely with internal departments
  • Checking delivery documents and paperwork
