A Sales Administrator is required to join this expanding company, to assist with an increase in business.

We are looking for a strong Sales Administrator with experience of working within a sales environment. This is a new role within the company, and a chance for the successful candidate to make it their own.

You will assist with raising sales orders daily, detailing product information to ensure the invoice can be produced. Also, being meticulous and making sure that there are no errors before submitting to the Managing Director for approval.

You will also liaise with suppliers, seeking the best prices and requesting samples. You will keep in communication with the customers submit price quotation, arranging deliveries, gaining confirmation of delivery, chasing feedback and finally liaising with accounts to set up new customer records.

The successful applicant will have previous experience within a Sales Administrator role, will have an enthusiastic approach to all work undertaken and be highly organised and efficient.

You will also have good working knowledge of IT systems, and experience of Sage is desired.
