A Sales Administrator is required to join this expanding company, to assist with an increase in business.
We are looking for a strong Sales Administrator with experience of working within a sales environment.
You will assist with raising sales orders daily, detailing product information to ensure the invoice can be produced. Also, being meticulous and making sure that there are no errors before submitting for approval.
You will also liaise with suppliers, seeking the best prices and requesting samples. You will keep in communication with the customers, submit price quotation, raise purchase orders, liaise with suppliers to meet delivery dates, reconcile stock sheets, monitor feedback and provide ad-hoc support across the office when needed.
The successful applicant will have previous experience within a Sales Administrator role, will have an enthusiastic approach to all work undertaken and be highly organised, with strong communication skills.
You will also have good working knowledge of IT systems, and experience of Sage would be advantageous.
