This Permanent Sales Ledger Admin & Office Assistant Role offers a variation within an environment that is relaxed and hard working.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to invoicing and raising credit notes, dealing with customers enquiries – front desk, phone and emails. Preparation of worksheets. Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation and preparing weekly customer analysis reports.
The successful candidate will have good oral and written communication skills, great attention to detail and numerical accuracy. You will also have working knowledge of MS Office suite and Sage accounting package along with being a strong team player with a flexible approach and a willingness to learn.
