An opportunity to join a fantastic payroll team based in Hereford to work for a rapidly growing organisation. You will have worked and have knowledge of statutory payments and deductions including Tax, NI, SMP and SPP. Experience of advising managers and staff on current Legislation along with confident knowledge of Payroll/Pensions.
- The ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts
- Delivering high quality payroll and hr services to their clients
- Delivery of payroll/pension/administration and contract advice and support
- Completing all aspects of payroll HMRC (resolving HMRC queries, resubmission of RTI files and also deal with any payment disputes etc)
- Reconciliation for client allocation including payroll reconciliations
- Excellent experience of providing effective and efficient HR administration procedures and systems and also producing accurate contracts of employment, maintaining and developing robust payroll and HR procedures and processes.
