A fantastic opportunity to join the team of this global manufacturing company that has a presence in over 75 countries as a Service Desk Administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a varied role where you will work on a busy service desk dealing with internal and external calls and also lend your knowledge to compiling weekly and monthly reports.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with the confidence to liaise with internal departments and external customers making sure that queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner and ensuring that these calls are logged effectively.
You will also have the opportunity to build on your skills by assisting colleagues with their workloads where necessary. Most importantly you will adopt the company the company belief that first class customer service is key to maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring that the service provided is always of a superior standard.
