Are you an experienced Temporary Staffing Manager or Recruitment Manager looking for a new and challenging role? CY Executive Resourcing are currently working with an organisation based in the South East who are looking to recruit to this exciting newly created position.

As Temporary Staffing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing a temporary workforce solution across the organisation. This will include working with various departments to develop effective and efficient processes to control demand for temporary workforce.

You will effectively manage the temporary staffing team to ensure that the various departments across the organisation are supported in driving down temporary staffing costs, identify and facilitate delivery of cost saving schemes to ensure that financial targets are delivered and provide specialist information and advice regarding appropriate use of temporary workforce. This will include working with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers such as recruitment agencies

This role requires an experienced Temporary Staffing Manager or Recruitment Manager with experience of providing temporary, bank or locum staffing solutions. You must be able to demonstrate good communication and highly developed interpersonal skills, in working with staff of all levels and disciplines across organisation. You will be comfortable communicating difficult and sometimes contentious information in a sensitive manner whilst always looking for alternative solutions

You must be an experienced manager with previous budgetary responsibility and possess good decision making skills, be very articulate, be able to identify risk at an operational level and have strong negotiation skills to ensure the best financial outcomes for the organisation.
