A unique opportunity for a training or HR professional to join an international organisation as a Training Coordinator to provide a professional training programme to the business. You will build and develop strong relationships with employees, supporting them and providing guidance on a variety of training matters whilst offering pragmatic, creative and business focused solutions.
In this Training Coordinator role you will get the opportunity to travel to the European head office to represent the UK in global training meetings, building excellent relationships with colleagues from across the globe.
Further to this you will be responsible for supporting with training for employees and apprentices whilst managing the apprentices and their development. Building relationships with staff at all levels will be essential to ensure you understand their training needs and provide guidance on this along with any HR related issues.
You will be an enthusiastic individual with a high level of personal integrity who shows respect and empathy to others whilst remaining open, honest with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
CIPD Level 3 is essential with the desire to continue your study and professional development.
