Finance Business Partner

CY are working exclusively with an established and progressive company to secure the skills of an experienced and qualified Finance Business Partner to join their team. 

Reporting to the Finance Director, the new Finance Business Partner will play a key role, leading an energetic team within the Group and partnering with Senior Stakeholders who have exciting future growth plans.

Role will involve:

• Ensure the finance function and multi-skilled team and working efficiently and effectively and provide support where needed. 
• Lead the group management accounting function, preparation through to review and providing an operationally facing business partnering service.
• Draft P&L preparation and summery reports. 
• Stock reconciliation and reporting.
• Take an active lead in Group Audit Requirements 
• Assist with budget preparation & cash flow forecast
• Monitor and improve financial systems and processes as required. 
• Support the Finance Director with the implementation of strategic projects and growth plans.

Working closely with the Finance Director, this is a progressive and wide-ranging role for an ambitious individual. 

Would suit a fully qualified or finalist ACA/CIMA/ACCA with the relevant experience. 

Manufacturing and Group Accounting experience highly desirable along with a positive, proactive attitude. 

Role is based near Worcester and will offer Hybrid working after a settling in period.
