CY Executive Resourcing are delighted to continue our long-standing partnership with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), by supporting them with the recruitment of a Head of Finance & Procurement (12-month fixed term contract).

The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) is the worldโ€™s leading chartered body for safety and health professionals. With a strong international reputation and a purpose-driven mission, IOSH is committed to advancing workplace health and safety standards globally.

  • Demonstrable success in leading change, reviewing processes, and driving transformation.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.
  • Experience of business partnering and stakeholder engagement at senior level.
  • Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements and accounting standards, including FRS 102 developments.
  • Track record of improving reporting capability and leveraging finance systems/data tools.
  • Practical, adaptable, and focused on outcomes.
  • Experience with the following systems would be advantageous:
  • Access Dimensions
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Power BI

This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in a respected global organisation undergoing meaningful transformation. If you are a commercially astute finance leader with experience in the not for profit/charity sector, who can bring clarity, challenge, and momentum to a complex organisation, we would welcome your application.
