Purchase Ledger Supervisor

We are working closely with an outstanding client based in Worcestershire with a strong international presence, who are looking to engage an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join a positive and high achieving team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage a small team of Purchase Ledger Clerks and lead the function for the group.

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • The timely and accurate reporting of the purchase ledger transactions, including credit notes, invoices and payments.
  • Reporting of PL activities including analysis and performance KPIs.
  • The Development and mentoring of 2 purchase ledger clerks.
  • Timely resolution of invoice queries.
  • Ensuring the PL system is up to date, accurate and with appropriate controls in place.
  • Balance reconciliation against supplier statements.

Key attributes include experience in managing a team, a positive, confident and flexible approach, excel skills and the ability to multitask.
