We're thrilled to be working alongside a well-regarded organisation based in Hereford, currently seeking a proactive individual to join their fantastic division on a permanent basis working 30 hours per week. This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in administration and a keen eye for detail, as you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll and HR-related processes for a variety of clients.

The role also calls for strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and nurturing effective relationships both within the organisation and with external clients.

  • Supporting HMRC reconciliation processes
  • Contributing to the accurate and timely delivery of payroll, pension, and contractual services for a diverse client base
  • Assisting with client invoicing as needed
  • Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on schedule, in line with strict deadlines
